This statement is agreeable upon people conscience:

"Population control is simply not the solution to poverty. The Philippine population control program, in place since the 1970’s and funded by billions of pesos of public money, has brought down the population from 3.08 percent during the period of 1960-1970 to 2.36 percent during the period 1995-2000. Despite the population decline, however, poverty incidence has not been reduce significantly. Clearly then, there are other factors that are not being address. Try curbing graft and corruption, as we expects legislators to do."

Indeed, population decline is NOT a fact leading to poverty. Several countries/nations misconceptualized this thought. For instances, Mr. Antonio J. Montalvan was just stating his opinion but, instantly, he was right! A lot of countries may be studied or compared to understand the thought that was written. As we reminisce, China, long time ago, suffered in overpopulation, food scarcity and even health status. We can't directly blame that the effect would probably be 'poverty'. Hence, as years gone by, they arise from poverty even they were still overpopulated. Many concluded that, "Why won't we look behind the case?" Because, the Government or Majority Leader has also a big task about the nation's status.

In the same case, Why won't we reflect deep in our minds about the unstable problems which arouse in our country (Philippines)?...the root of evil is really the problem in this nation! GREEDINESS rules in behalf of Filipino citizens- mostly, under the government officials. Why can't the unworthy politicians help us to become stable??? Why should they always have to corrupt just for their own necessities?! That's really the BIG QUESTION a thousand of humans should prevail. Lastly, laziness has also a big impact in labor force. For, if we just realize the improvement made by the Chinese Citizens; even if they are too many, with the help of good-governance,peace & cooperation: A Strong Foundation begins!

Let's just open our hearts for 'conscience' & our minds for 'knowledge and wisdom' in this practical world...
